❝ 080712: Pray for the Philippines
  The pictures above are some of the pictures I got from all over the internet. It's all around. Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, everywhere. The first picture is the Rizal Park presently. And the second picture is somewhere around the country where the man is carrying his puppy. Such love. Everyone is asking for help and prayers. But sadly, the rain won't stop. It said that the weather will improve on Thursday, so people should still expect for heavy rains tomorrow. What's more scary is that today is 8-7-12. If you are familiar with stories in the Bible, Genesis 8:7-12 is about Noah's Ark, the one when the Earth was destroyed by flood due to human cruelty and abuse. Such a scary coincidence. But let's not mind this, and keep this in mind: Genesis 9:11,I establish my covenant with you: Never again willall life be destroyed by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth"
God promised that he will never destroy the Earth. So we must stay calm about this 8-7-12 thing. It won't happen. Just like what happened before, there will always be a rainbow after this.
So, if you're in the Philippines, and still be able to read this during this time when I just recently post this, YOU ARE LUCKY. People from around the country are suffering. Let us offer help in the best way we can. Spare a minute of your time for a prayer.
